Just next door from Bad Aussee, the geographical middle point of Austria. The scenery here, with the lakes mirroring the surrounding rocky mountains is very special. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also during the winter times one can take the 7,5 km walk around the Altausee and experience the beauty of the nature. Above the lake and those tall rocks -> to the north, there is a resort called Loser. Yes, funny enough to try it out&#8230; but don\u2019t put your expectations too high! If the weather is so \u2013 so, the recommendation would be to stick with Tauplitz. It\u2019s still only 15 min drive away.
